2014 – Carly’s Law:

2016 – Leni’s Law:

2021 – The Darren Wesley ‘Ato’ Hall Compassion Act:

As well as marked a significant milestone as Alabama became the 37th state to legalize medical marijuana. This comprehensive legislation established the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission to regulate the medical marijuana program.
